Let me start by saying thank you for visiting my site which I have built to share with you, my experiences and passion for IT and drone photography.

My name is Alex Hondros and I am an IT Engineer. 

 I am bilingual in English and Greek, grew up in Greece and moved to the UK when I was 23.

From when I can remember I enjoyed everything about computers how they operate and what you can do if you put some thought into them.  

In October 2015 I graduated with a Bachelor degree of Business Administration in Agricultural Development & Agribusiness Management.

Being a University student means you have plenty of time, which meant I could invest time in multiple things and learn new skills. At that point, I joined a volunteer rescue which dealt in cases like Earthquakes, Fires etc. Also at the same time, I was teaching myself more IT skills, studying some coding, website designing, building laptops, desktops, networking etc.

In November 2015 I was recruited in the Greek army and joined the Special Forces and became a Green Beret Commando. Close to the end of my service, I got honoured by my Commander and the Brigadier the Rank of Sergeant. I completed my Service in August 2016.

In September 2016 I moved to England, to purcuit a career in IT.

After working couple of years as an Administrator. I became an IT Engineer. 

Currently I am employeed in a large company as a 3rd Line Senior IT Engineer. 

I look forward to see what the future holds for IT and new Technologies.
